How do I join?

To create an in-game account, please register via the control panel. Our forum accounts are separate from the game, so you will also need to create a forum account.


Where do I download the game?

A variety of download options are available to make installing the game as convenient and easy as possible for you. Make sure to check our installation guide! If you experience any troubles, consult our detailed troubleshooting guide or ask us on the forums.


Help, I lost! Where is everything?

You start out in our custom Newbie Zone. Our main town is Arza, and is home to lots of super useful NPCs.


Do I get any Freebies?

Yes, you do! Talk to the Freebies NPC. You receive a Freebies Items! These items not only look great, but have useful stat boosts to help you level.enjoy your game!

My account has been banned, what should I do?

Client Crashing in certain maps

1: Close your ragnarokofzodiac.exe if it is still open

2: Right click ragnarokofzodiac.exe

3: Go into Properties

4: Check Change setting for all users

5: Tick Run this program as an Administrator

6: Click Apply

7: Click OK

8: Open RagnarokofZodiac Patcher and enjoy Playing


Patcher START GAME button not working

1: Close your ragnarokofzodiac.exe if it is still open

2: Right click RagnarokofZodiac Patcher

3: Go into Properties

4: Check Change setting for all users

5: Tick Run this program as an Administrator

6: Click Apply

7: Click OK

8: Open RagnarokofZodiac Patcher and enjoy Playing


Troubleshooting

Upon encountering any errors, please make sure to do all the steps listed below.

Always use the Full Installer. You can download it

1:Right click on ragnarokofzodiac.exe and set its Compatibility Run as Administrator.

2:Right-click on Ragnarokofzodiac Patcher.exe and tick the box next to Run as Administrator.

3:Be sure to grab the latest patch through the RagnarokofZodiac Patcher.

I have Redeem my Points, but I did not receive any Item/CashPoint Ingame
